MBA is an independent creative agency for the digitally integrated world, working across all communication channels. Established in 1994, it currently has 45 employees at its London and Miami offices, and has an extensive international client list.

James Middlehurst, Managing Partner at MBA, says: “At MBA we have always worked and currently work with many clients on an international basis, such as Brazil’s Embraer Executive Jets, Accor Hotels, Comte Cheese, Mercedes Benz and English-language provider Rosetta Stone. We opened our first overseas office in Miami in April 2013 and have great plans for more international business in the US and Latin America, as well as extending our presence in China and EMEA.”

The Embraer contract was a particularly successful one for MBA. One of the world’s top three aircraft manufacturers with over 40 years of industry experience, Embraer  boasts the most diverse range of jets in the market and is Brazil’s third-largest exporter.

“MBA was selected because Embraer needed a global hub to deliver the communications and London – a centre for creativity and digital talent – was the perfect choice,” says Middlehurst. “Our challenge was to build the brand and drive awareness and sales by challenging the status quo of established players like Gulfstream, Cessna and Bombardier. We also needed to appeal to a wide variety of audiences from high net-worth individuals through to corporate flight departments – all across different regions.
“We created a new brand platform rooted firmly in Embraer’s engineering-driven performance superiority, but importantly reflecting the ‘world’ of our customers and conveying the emotion of owning an Embraer Executive Jet.”
