Imagination has always been at the forefront of new technologies, last year our key highlights were the work we delivered for Samsung and Ford with great success, and this year our latest work with Epic Games using virtual production .
Collaborating with Samsung in 2020, we designed and delivered a unique digital experience to launch the flagship Galaxy Note20. Allowing journalists to get as close to the device as a hybrid physical/digital event would allow. It took place over two days, with 372 media briefings across 20 regions in Europe, resulting in 1392 articles, and is currently Samsung’s most pre-briefed product to date.
Working with Ford of Europe, we launched an exciting new initiative, a bespoke, first-of-its-kind digital platform named Ford Horizon. Ford Horizon takes the audience away from the usual zoom-type call and into a designed and curated experience with rich interactivity, wrapped around next-level content. The platform enables Ford to host virtual vehicle reveals, media events, technology deep-dives and more — delivering Ford messaging on a global scale and in an immersive, enhanced, future-facing way. The platform had over 47 million media impressions, with 106 media attendees across technology & automotive publications.
This year, we received an Epic MegaGrant from Epic Games. The support from this allowed us to fully embrace groundbreaking virtual production techniques using the Unreal Engine, heping brands deliver Hollywood-quality visual effects and techniques to the masses.
Utilising the capabilities of Unreal Engine, we have blended the physical and digital worlds by combining live-action footage and computer graphics in real time—enabling brands to create cinematic live, or as-live, content indistinguishable from the real world. This teaser video was filmed in a 5m x 5m studio in London with a crew of only 13 people and the result is a revolution in content production. It meets the growing demand for richer and more engaging content and experiences, while removing barriers around quality, cost, and turnaround time.

Whilst this has been, and continues to be, a challenging time, we have taken the opportunity to refocus our services around our core offers of Consulting, Destinations, Content and Live. This year, more than ever, we have worked in collaboration across our global offices, pivoting to adapt to our clients’ needs. Refocusing and turning what would be live experiences into great virtual and hybrid experiences, adopting cutting-edge technology and developing new content-driven solutions - whilst adding over six new clients to our portfolio.
Awards are always top of our agenda with success in the IDEAS awards, Creative Pool and the Campaign Experience Award including Outdoor Experience, Outstanding Creative Ideas and Debut Event categories for our work with MLB. Along with winning Brand Experience Agency of the Year, EMEA at the Campaign Agency of the Year Awards 2020.
