awards launch search for UK's
top creative entrepreneurs


The Hospital Club h.Club 100 Campaign, in partnership with the Creative Industries Council, has opened public nominations in its search for the most innovative, influential entrepreneurs working across the UK’s creative industries.

The awards feature 10 winners in each of the following categories:

Advertising, Marketing and PR
Art and Design
Publishing and Writing
Theatre and Performance
Rising Stars (under 25s)

This year there are two new special prizes; the UKTI award - for success internationally and the Creative Industries Council Award – for cross-industry collaboration. The process by which the h.Club 100 is determined is as follows:

• Public nominations open Monday 18th May for 6 weeks (until 28/06/15)
o Nominees must be UK based
o Self-nomination and multiple nominations are encouraged
o Nominate at

• Judging days take place throughout July
o Panels of industry experts for each category meet to review public nominations
o Judges select 9 winners per category
o Judges create a short list for the public vote

• Public vote opens Tuesday 1st September for 2 weeks (until 14/09/15)
o The public vote determines the 10th and final winner in each category

The h.Club 100 Awards take place on Thursday 1st October 2015 at The Hospital Club Studios.

In 2015 the h.Club 100 is supported by the expertise of an outstanding judging panel:

Nominees will be judged according to recent achievements (in the 12 months July 2014 to July 2015) and the extent to which they are demonstrating dynamism and innovation in the creative field, playing significant roles in the future success of Britain’s creative sector.

The h.Club Foundation’s Charity Award:

The h.Club Foundation was created in 2014 and focuses on supporting and partnering with organisations and programmes using the creative arts to engage and inspire communities across London in order to make a positive impact.

This year at the h.Club 100 Awards Show, ‘The h.Club Foundation’s Charity Award’ will be presented for the first time. The award seeks to recognise charities and social enterprises that have made an outstanding contribution to supporting youth employment and education projects in the creative industries over the past year.
