Annual autumn reception in pictures

The Creative Industries Annual Autumn Reception was held on Tuesday, 22nd October 2019, in the Members' Dining Room of the House of Commons.

The event, hosted by the Creative Industries Council, attracted Government and Shadow Ministers and a cross-party selection of MPs and peers, as well as representatives from the creative industries.

The speakers were Tim Davie, CIC Industry Chair & CEO BBC Studios, Rt Hon Nicky Morgan, Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, Graham Stuart MP, Minister for Investment, Department for International Trade, and Dinah Caine CBE, Chair of Council, Goldsmiths University.

The reception also featured a live musical performance from singer-songwriter, Emilia Tarrant, who was introduced by Michael Dugher, CEO of UK Music. Full story here.
